Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital ‘ Cebu Lithotripter Center is a specified area which deals with patients with urinary stones using a second generation EXTRACORPOREAL LITHOTRIPTER MACHINE (EDAP LT – 01 piezoelectric type). This machine can treat renal stones. It has a very sensitive system that can pick out stones in the ureter. It has a very sensitive system that can pick out stones in the ureter and uses energy waves to break up the stones.
